As I mentioned before, I do not intend to impose restrictions on the latter cases, but I believe it is necessary to provide basic guidelines that should be followed. Thus, I have created this document.

These guidelines will be practical from the date of writing (2022/2/15). Derivative works posted before this date will not be subject to sanctions unless they are determined to violate copyright. However, I encourage respecting these guidelines even in such cases. Additionally, these guidelines may be revised, and any changes will be documented. Modifications will take effect from the date they are made.

1. Always credit the original creator and source, and specify that it is a derivative work. Be sure to mention not only me but anyone else involved in creating the original song video. When crediting, include both the link to the original video and the YouTube channel (YouTube Channel Link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCk9WugifY9UZ0i1ZBftQaJg).
2. Non-commercial use only (in most cases) Non-commercial use of derivative works is allowed without prior permission. However, all commercial derivative works are currently prohibited but may be negotiated. Please note that in almost all cases, only non-commercial use is permitted.
3. No distribution of audio files or off-vocal versions, no simple reuploads, and no unauthorized reproduction. Uploading or distributing to other sites or platforms is prohibited, and personal distribution is forbidden. If you want to share the song, please share the link to the original video. Simple reuploads are considered unauthorized reproduction.
4. No malicious use or alterations, no distortion of the song’s intent Malicious use or alterations (e.g., night-core, karaoke videos, simple pitch changes, repetitive audio loops) are prohibited. Additionally, using my songs in posts intended to insult or mock others is forbidden. Avoid derivative works that distort or erase the original narrative or message of the song.

Even if not explicitly mentioned in these guidelines, actions deemed to infringe upon the copyright may still be subject to enforcement. Although no songs are officially released (as of 2022/2/15), please purchase any future releases before using them. The same guidelines apply when using off-vocal versions.

Examples:

• Fan art, fan fiction, and other derivative works of original characters from the song: Allowed. However, derivative works that use the entire song as-is are prohibited.
• PV Collaborations: Prohibited. Due to frequent non-compliance with the guidelines, collaborations have been banned.
• Non-commercial videos (fan-made PVs, typography, MAD, cover videos, dance videos, etc.): Allowed if they do not violate the guidelines.
